TCH’s team will consist of Nurse Administrator, Nursing, Personal Support Workers, Activity team, Housekeepers, Dietary, Maintenance and Volunteers.
The internal environment being designed in small households, provides the opportunity for the care team to work with small groups of residents which helps to intensify and enhance resident-care team relationships.
